Mohanlal's upcoming film Velipadinte Pusthakam has completed its censorship process on Friday. And much to the delight of the Lalettan fans, the family entertainer has got a clean 'U' certificate from the Central Board Of Film Certification (CBFC). The film, directed by Lal Jose will mark his first collaboration with the Malayalam superstar.

The makers took to their Facebook page to share the update:

Velipadinte Pusthakam also stars Angamaly Diaries stars Reshma Rajan and Sarath Kumar. The film, which is scheduled to hit the screens as Onam release has been bankrolled by Mohanlal's friend and noted producer Antony Perumbavoor under Aashirvad Cinemas. The music of Velipadinte Pusthakam has been composed by Shaan Rahman.
