Tamil music composer Anirudh Ravichander is on a roll. After composing music in upcoming Tamil films like Thala Ajith's Vivegam and Suriya's Thaana Serntha Koottam, Anirudh has signed yet another biggie.

Reportedly, The 'Why This Kolaveri Di' composer has bagged the upcoming film of Vijay and AR Murugadoss' Thalapathy 62. The film is said to be the 62d film of Vijay's acting career and will also mark Anirudh's second collaboration with Vijay - AR Murugadoss' duo after the 2014 Dilwali release Kaththi. It's a good opportunity for Anirudh as the composer struggled in 2016 with just one release, Siva Karthikeyan starrer Remo.

Meanwhile Thalapathy 62 is Sun Pictures studio's comeback to Tamil cinema after a seven year gap. Their last association was with director Shankar for his 2010 Rajinikanth film, Enthiran. Thalapathy 62 is scheduled to start rolling in October
