Here is a good news for all the fans of Indian cricketer Mahendra Singh Dhoni. The world cup winning captain will be seen making his acting debut in Tamil director Jeeva Sankar's next, a short film.

MS Dhoni who usually keeps away from such campaigns has surprisingly said yes to Jeeva Sankar's short film, which is said to have a good intent. Reportedly, the main reason for this short film is said to be a sport app called 'Run Adam'.

Jeeva Sankar, who's known for films like Naan and Yeman took to his Twitter account to share his experience working with the legendary cricketer.

"That adrenaline rush of celebrating him on field to directing him now. Most importantly being part of a prestigious project. #RunAdam #MSD @msdhoni #Yerega #Motha", Jeeva Sankar tweeted.
