Know what Sridevi did when Rajinikanth fell critically ill

Bollywood lost it's Chandni 'Sridevi' on Saturday night ie. February 24. The whole nation is in shock on the untimely demise of the actress. No one could believe in the death of the actress. After her death, several news stories regarding the life of the Chandni started getting viral in the media. Her immense contribution to the Indian cinema can never be ignored by anyone. Recently, another story regarding Sridevi and Rajnikanth has started doing the rounds on the social media.

According to the reports of Hindustan Times, in 2011, when Rajnikanth was busy in the shooting of Rana then at that time he was admitted to the hospital because of his illness. Due to the health complications, the actor was shifted to the Singapore hospital. After listening Rajnikanth's health news, Sridevi decided to meet him and take care of his health. She also went to offer prayers for his health at Sri Sai Baba Temple in Pune. This information was shared by the fans on social media.

During a chat show, Sridevi told Prakash Raj that Rajinikanth was a kind and humble human being. She also added that the actor cannot see anyone facing any trouble and always want to see everyone happy. Sridevi's mother also considered him as a son.

After hearing the Sridevi's death news, Rajinikanth had expressed his shock and he said, "'I’m shocked and very disturbed. I’ve lost a dear friend and the industry has lost a true legend. My heart goes out to her family and friends. I feel the pain with them #RIPSridevi … you will be missed."
