Forget 2.0, Sangamithra and Mahabharata, this 'filmmaker' confirms biggest South Indian film with Mohanlal and Priyadarshan
Shankar's 2.0, Sundar C's Sangamithra and Mohanlal's Randamoozham: The Mahabharata are touted as the costliest films to be made in India. While the Rajinikanth, Akshay Kumar starrer 2.0 is reportedly being made for Rs. 450 crore, the makers of Sangamithra and Mahabharata have announced that they will be bankrolling their films for Rs. 300 crore and Rs. 1000 crore respectively.
However, Santhosh T Kuruvilla of Moonshot Entertainment, who's bankrolling Priyadarshan's upcoming Tamil film Nimir confirmed that he will be making the biggest South Indian film with none other than Mohanlal and Priyadarshan. The untitled film will also marks his maiden Malayalam venture as well.
Santhosh T Kuruvilla took to his Facebook page to confirm the news. He also shared few photos with Mohanlal and Priyadarshan as well.
“My friend brother and partner birthday at Lalettan house in Chennai….again announcing I will do the biggest movie in South India with my heroes Lalettan and Priyettan”, Santhosh T Kuruvilla stated.
