The makers of Prabhas' upcoming film Saaho have officially announced the leading heroine of the film, finally! Though the shooting of the action-entertainer started in July, the makers were yet to take a call officially regarding the female lead opposite Prabhas in the film.

 Earlier, names of Anushka Shetty, Katrina Kaif, Pooja Hegde were circulated as the heroine of Saaho.

 However, it has been now finalised that Bollywood actress Shraddha Kapoor is set to make her Telugu debut as the female lead of Saaho.

 The makers officially revealed:

 " Shraddha is the perfect choice for the role. We are excited to have her on board with us " (SIC).

 Saaho also stars Bollywood actors Chunky Pandey, Neil Nitin Mukesh and Tamil actor Arun Vijay.
