Union Minister Arjun Ram Meghwal Targets Congress on Reservation Issue
Bikaner: Union Law Minister Arjun Ram Meghwal, on Sunday, expressed gratitude to the voters during the "Matdata Abhinandan Vijay Sankalp Yatra" in Shri Dungargarh and Bikaner.
During the event, Meghwal launched a scathing attack on the Congress party, accusing it of misleading people on various issues, including reservation.
Meghwal said that the Congress party has always been involved in spreading confusion among the people. He further stated that the people of Bikaner did not fall prey to the party's tactics.
The event, organized at the BJP's district office, was presided over by city president Vijay Acharya. Meghwal was felicitated by party officials, who presented him with a dupatta.
Addressing the gathering, Meghwal said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has broken the record of former Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru by becoming the Prime Minister for the third time.
He further stated that the Congress party has always been involved in spreading confusion and has received only 99 seats out of 543 in the Lok Sabha elections.
Meghwal expressed his gratitude to the people for electing him for the fourth time and assured them that he would fulfil their expectations.
The event was attended by several party leaders, including MLAs Siddhi Kumari and Jethanand Vyas, senior BJP leader Satyaprakash Acharya, Gopal Gehlot, JP Vyas, Mumtaz Ali Bhati, OBC Morcha state vice president Mahavir Singh Charan, former district president Shashi Sharma, and others.
