UP: Married man rapes girl after spiking her drink; blackmail and rapes for 6 years

A shocking incident of rape and blackmailing came in the light after a law student filed an FIR at Masuri, Ghaziabad. According to the media reports, a 23-years-old law student has filed an FIR that accused allegedly raped her for multiple occasions. The victim revealed that after repeatedly raping her the accused also proposed her to get married to him.

However, the victim denied the marriage proposal, then the accused threatened that he will post her inappropriate videos online. A student of Royal College, the victim is in the fifth year of her law degree revealed that she was acquainted with the accused. Reportedly, the accused allegedly raped the victim after inviting her to his house and sedating her drink.

The victim also said that the accused shot her objectionable positions after being sedated. The accused also blackmailed her with those visuals and kept raping her several times.

Omprakash Singh, station house officer of the Masuri police station said that the accused allegedly reached victim's college and misbehaved with her also. Later the victim narrated the whole story to her family and then filed an FIR. The accused has booked under Section 376 (rape) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
