UP Crime: College girl shot dead by bike-borne assailants in Jalaun

A shocking incident has emerged from Uttar Pradesh’s Jalaun, where two bike-borne assailants shot and killed a female student in broad daylight while she was returning home after appearing for her B.A exam.

The heinous act was carried out just 200 meters away from a police station.

The victim, a 22-year-old resident of Andha village, had come to Jalaun to appear in the B.A exam at Ram Lakhan Patel College.

The brazen murder sent shockwaves through the area, and although some people tried to catch the assailants, they managed to flee on their bike, abandoning their pistol at the scene.

The police arrived at the spot after being alerted and took custody of the victim's body. The body will undergo a post-mortem, and a case has been registered and further investigation is underway.
