Two youths steal phones of worth over Rs 2 lakh along with three bikes for their girlfriends
Two youths committed criminal offences for their girlfriends in Maharashtra’s Pune. As per reports, the two youths allegedly stole 26 cell phones as they wanted to impress their girlfriends.
The case came to notice when police planned to trap the accused for around 6 hours
after they received a tip-off.
According to timesnownews.com, the cops recovered 8 cell phones and a motorcycle from the possession of the two accused.
The two accused were identified as Sagar Mohan Savale and Nilesh Devanand Bhalerao. Both youths are residents of Chikhali.

The cops took the decision of nabbing the accused after they received a tip-off. After nabbing the two youths, the police recovered a total of 26 phones worth Rs 2.42 lakh along with three motorcycles from the accused, The Indian Express reported.
All for love:
According to the police, the accused youths were stealing the cell phones to impress their girlfriends. After every robbery, the accused took the old phones of their girlfriends and gave them the stolen phones. The accused then sold the old phone to earn quick money.
Meanwhile, the accused youths were remanded to police custody till January 17. The two accused have been booked under nine offences, including robberies and thefts, in Pimpri-Chinchwad.
