The maximum and minimum temperature of the capital city Jaipur was recorded 21.8 and 7.9 respectively.
The desert state’s hill station Mount Abu is currently reeling under bone-chilling cold wave conditions. The minimum temperature recorded in the hill station was -4 degrees Celsius, which is colder than Jammu and Kashmir’s Srinagar.
The cold can be gauged from the fact that a thick layer of snow has accumulated from the plains to the windshields of the vehicles.
