Pune: 23-year-old homosexual man who attacked his gay partner for refusing sexual favour fled from police custody
A 23-yr-old Pune man who had attacked his 46-year-old boyfriend for allegedly demanding sexual favours from him, fled from police custody on Sunday, reported ANI. The man allegedly stabbed him after his partner refused to have sex with him.
The young man was held by the Pune police and a case of attempt to murder under section 307 of the Indian Penal Code was registered against the hm said a police official of Khadak police station.
The incident happened on Wednesday morning at the 46-year-old complainant's residence. "Both men were in a relationship for the last couple of years. On Tuesday night, the accused visited the complainant and they had sex. When the complainant again wanted to have sex in the morning, the accused refused, which led to a fight," the officer said.
During the fight between the two, the accused allegedly stabbed the complainant (his partner) with a sharp-edged weapon. He is now admitted in a hospital and recovering while the accused was arrested, the official added.
