Prime Minister Modi tried his best to interact with the common people of the country. Many times he has been seen travelling in Metro without any high security. On Thursday, PM Modi once again took a ride in the Airport Express Metro and travelled from Dhaula Kuan to Dwarka.
The reason behind his ride was to avoid the traffic on the road which occurs during the VVIP movement.
With Metro ride, PM Modi also saved his time also, as he has to lay the foundation stone of Indian International Convention and Expo Centre. He reached his destination only in 18 minutes, which is surely shorter than the travelling time taken via a road.
Finally, he laid the foundation stone of India International Convention and Expo Centre at Sector 25, Dwarka.
During a ride in Metro, PM Modi had also interacted with the common people who were also travelling in the Metro.
Well, this is not the first time that PM Modi did such a thing. In July, Prime Minister Narendra Modi also took a ride with South Korean President Moon Jae to inaugurate a Samsung facility in Noida.
However, PM reached the venue at around 4 pm and laid the foundation stone of the project estimated at Rs 25,700 crore.
