PM Modi shares Tamil translation of poem that he penned at Mamallapuram beach

Prime Minister Narendra Modi shared the Tamil translation of the poem that he penned during a morning walk at Mamallapuram beach in Tamil Nadu. The PM had written the poem on his tete-a-tete with the ocean.

"Here is a Tamil translation of the poem I wrote while I was at the picturesque shores of Mamallapuram a few days ago," Modi said in a tweet, posting a picture of the Tamil translation of the poem.

 

In his eight-paragraph poem, the Prime Minister talked about the ocean's relationship with the sun, waves and pain and restraint despite unparallel power.


On October 13, PM had posted a poem on his official twitter handle stating the conversation the world of my feeling. PM Modi, in his piece of poetry, described the ocean’s connection with the sun, the waves and it’s pain.

PM Modi was on a two-day visit to Tamil Nadu for an informal summit with Chinese President Xi Jinping, where they talked over various issues from fighting terrorism to trade and investments and aspect of renewing relations between the two nations.

On the second day, PM Modi had posted a few pictures of himself strolling and exercising along the coast.

"Refreshing walk and exercises in Mamallapuram, along the scenic coast," PM Modi had tweeted.
