Know how Miss World 2017 Manushi Chillar made India proud by creating history

Manushi Chillar, the medical student from India created a buzz on the Internet by winning Miss World contest held in China. Manushi's triumph wrote a history in for in the competition by equaling the record with Venezuela. Newly crowned Miss World Manushi Chillar is the sixth Indian [ Reita Faria (1966), Aishwarya Rai Bachchan (1994), Diana Hayden (1997), Yukta Mookhey (1999), Priyanka Chopra (2000), Manushi Chhillar (2017) ] to win the Miss World competition.Apart from India, Venezuela has held the record until India reached the same position.

Following the steps of Priyanka Chopra, Manushi Chhillar became India's sixth winner of the prestigious beauty pageant.
