Hyderabad: Grandfather raped minor girl several times; threatened her to keep quiet

A shocking crime case has come to light from Hyderabad where a grandfather along with a man raped his 15-year-old granddaughter. As per media reports, the old man committed this crime several times at his residence in Chandrayangutta in the city, the police said.

As per the details, the girl was residing at her maternal grandfather and uncle's home at Bandlaguda. The victim told Police that the two men raped her on several instances and also threatened her not to disclose it to anyone.

The two suspects allegedly raped her on several instances and warned her against disclosing the details of the crime to anyone.

Somehow girl managed to tell her ordeal in front of her parents. Hence, she narrated everything that happened to her.

After this, her parents filed a complaint against the men at Chandrayangutta Police station.

A case was registered under various Sections of IPC and POCSO Act.

The two have been arrested and police produced them before the court.

Meanwhile, the criminals have been sent to judicial custody.
