EVM Hacking: BJP, SP respond to the allegations of 'rigged elections, 2014 EVM hack,' Congress mum

After taking the political parties by storm, post leveling allegations that 2014 elections were rigged and the EVM’s were hacked, Syed Shuja has received responses from the BJP and SP in the’EVM Hack’ story.

In a press conference yesterday in London, Syed Shuja made claims that he was a part of the company which manufactures the Electronic Voting Machines and his team knew that 2014 election was rigged but he claims, that 11 of his team members were killed allegedly the ruling BJP.

The Union Law Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad raised doubts over the presence of the senior Congress leader Kapil Sibal. Although, the invitation was sent to every political party, including the Election Commission of India as claimed by the cyber expert Syed Shuja but only, Congress’ representative Kapil Sibal had arrived.

Prasad attacked the Congress saying, “What was Mr Kapil Sibal doing there? In what capacity was he present there? I believe he was monitoring the situation on behalf of Congress party. Is the Congress sponsored event designed to insult the popular mandate of 2014?”

Although, the Opposition parties are stating that it’s important to at least listen to the allegations and act accordingly. The Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav asked to go away with the existing EVM’s like that of Japan.

Yadav claimed that “If someone has raised a question then it must be thought that what is the reason that a developed country like Japan is not using EVMs. It is not a question of a political party, it's a question of trust in democracy. Election Commission & government should make a decision.”
