Chennai Horror: Drunk labour rapes, throws minor from building’s terrace
A horrific news was reported from Chennai where a 10-year-old girl was raped and then thrown from a two-storey building’s terrace by a drunk neighbour on Saturday. The incident came to light when the deceased parents found her missing.
As per reports, the girl who studied in class 5 came out of her house to use the washroom located near the staircase around 12:15 am. Accuse who stayed on the second floor was present there and was in an inebriated condition. On seeing the minor she forcefully took the girl to his room and raped her.
After this horrific act, the girl fell unconscious on the floor who was then taken to the terrace and from there, the man threw her into the bushes at the rear side of the building.

Around 1 am when minor’s parents woke up they find their daughter missing on seeing this they asked the neighbours to help them find her. Unable to find her, around 3 am her parents approached the nearby police station. They immediately swung into action and discovered the girl’s body lying in the bushes.
During the further investigation, they found that the minor was sexually assaulted, as per postmortem. To nab, the accused police started questioning neighbours and during strict interrogation, the accuse identified as Suresh confessed the heinous crime.
Police have arrested the accuse and have booked him under sections of the POCSO Act.
