The autopsy report of Delhi’s Burari deaths has been out on Wednesday in which it is clearly stated that out of 11 people 10 people died because of ‘ante mortem hanging’. However, the reason behind the death of 77-year-old Narayani Devi, the eldest family member of the house does not come out yet. Police still waiting for the reports of Narayani Devi whether she her death reason was suicidal or homicidal?
However, Narayani Devi dead body was found in other room’s floor facing towards the floor. There is also the expectation that she was an arthritis patient due to which she couldn’t raise her hands.
Narayani body was found with a cloth around her neck and the belt was also hanging from the almirah handle.
As per the reports of TOI, tying a noose and hanging herself likey to be difficult for Devi, therefore, there is a possibility that a family member put a noose around her neck and hanged her with a belt. Later, she sat on the floor because of belt-tightening around her neck, said an investigator.
Meanwhile, doctors are unsure about the death of Narayani Devi and her postmortem report is still awaited.
In the postmortem report of the other 10 people died due to hanging. There were the injury marks found on the body of the elder brother, Bhavnesh, and niece, Priyanka as they were tried to free themselves by scratching cooler. While other members of the family also having bruises on their body while being hanged themselves. Reports also suggested that some family members might have tried hard to loosen their hands which were tied with the clothes as nine of the people were having a ligature mark on their wrists.
As per the reports, doctors also found undigested rotis in the stomach of family members which they might be eating at around 10 pm. The injuries on their neck show internal haemorrhage.
Till now, Burari deaths have baffled the country and police that how 11 people of the single family could die. There were lots of turns and shocking angles have to come to light in this case. There was the expectation that they all died for the salvation.
