Arvind Kejriwal took Rs 6 cr for West Delhi seat from my father, alleges Balbir Singh Jakhar’s son
A day before Delhi steps out to vote for the sixth phase of Lok Sabha elections, Aam Aadmi Party candidate Balbir Singh Jakhar's son alleged that his father bought the party ticket for Rs 6 crore.
Uday Jakhar, son of Balbir Singh Jakhar has has made sensational statement that party chief Arvind Kejriwal charged him Rs 6 crore for West Delhi Lok Sabha constitency seat.
"My father joined politics about 3 months ago, he had paid Arvind Kejriwal Rs 6 crore for a ticket, I have credible evidence that he had paid for this ticket," Balbir Singh Jakhar's son Uday told news agency ANI on Saturday.
Uday Jakhar also claimed that his father refused to pay for his higher education as he needed that money to pay Arvind Kejriwal for his political aspirations.
“He had told me that he had paid Kejriwal Rs 6 crores and I had warned him to not do such a thing and align with a the tukde-tukde gang. The bribe was one of the problems,” Uday told Times Now.
“A person who has portrayed a clean imgae, Mr Arvind Kejriwal, who stands with Anna Hazare, bringer of hope for India and New Delhi, this is an allegation on him...that he has sold out West Delhi for Rs 6 crore,” he said.
All seven seats in Delhi head for polling in sixth phase of Lok Sabha polls on May 12 in Phase 6.
