Argument over dog turns violent: Delhi man shoots girlfriend's mother

A man allegedly shot at his girlfriend’s mother after an argument over a dog in the national capital’, Delhi Police said on April 9.

According to the police, the accused and his girlfriend's mother were involved in a heated argument yesterday in the Desh Bandhu Gupta Road area. The argument turned violent, and the man allegedly shot the elderly woman and fled the scene.

The victim was immediately rushed to the hospital and is now out of danger.

Police have lodged a case and a hunt is on to nab the accused. The couple was reportedly in a live-in relationship.
