Union Minister Nitin Gadkari falls unconcious while on stage during an event in Maharashtra's Ahmednagar. Union Minister of Road and Transport Nitin Gadkari reportedly fainted today. Gadkari was on a stage when he fainted and almost fell down.

Maharashtra Governor C Vidyasagar Rao and other leaders, who were on the stage, caught hold of Gadkari. Union Minister Gadkari was then taken to a hospital.

As per report in India Today, Gadkari addressed the ceremony and returned to his seat. A few moments later when Gadkari stood up for the national anthem, he suddenly fainted and almost fell down.

The fresh reports suggest, Nitin Gadkari's condition is stable.
