A Spanish TV presenter informed her colleagues on the air that she will not be coming back at work the next day as she celebrated a lottery jackpot. But was left embarrassed after she figured that it was just a fraction of the sum.
Natalia Escudero, who works for public broadcaster RTVE thought that she had won big money in Spain’s el Gordo Christmas lottery. But it later turned out to be a small sum.

The reporter began screaming on camera when the lottery winner were announced. She also declared that she would "not be coming to work tomorrow", citing that she had won the jackpot.
However, it turned out to be only 5,000 euros, as opposed to the 4 million euros she thought it to be.
Ms Natalia, later pened an apology on twitter on 22nd December, stating that she had been going through a "difficult time for personal reasons".
