Meet the woman who stood atop Burj Khalifa in viral Emirates advertisement
The Emirates is trending globally after the airline put out a new advertisement which displays a woman standing atop the world’s tallest building Burj Khalifa in Dubai.
The woman in the viral video is identified as Nicole Smith-Ludvik, who is a professional skydiving instructor. In the ad, which is being viewed by many around the world, Nicole plays a part of an Emirates cabin crew member.
Nicole can be seen donning the airline’s uniform and catching a message board that read, “Moving the UAE to the UK Amber list has made us feel on top of the world. Fly Emirates. Fly better.”

As the camera moves, the woman can be seen on top of the tallest building in the world at a height of 828 metres above the surface.
Furthermore, Nicole also put out the commercial on her official Instagram handle, saying, “This is, without a doubt, one of the most amazing and exciting stunts I've ever done. A big shout out to Emirates Airlines for your creative marketing idea! It was a pleasure being a part of the team!”
Nicole Smith Ludvik is a “traveller, skydiver, yoga instructor, hiker and adventurer” as described on her Instagram bio. Emirates has also shared a short video showing how the ad was recorded “on top of the world.” Emirates made sure that the viral advertisement was made without any green screen or special effects.
