Meet Mumbai's Additional Commissioner who failed in Class 12th but qualified UPSC

Every successful man has some inspirational story which can make anyone inspire to be like them. There is a lot of dedication and hard work required behind the achievement.

Today, we have also brought an inspirational story that will motivate you to be like him. It’s a story of Manoj Kumar Sharma who had failed in class 12th board exam but qualified UPSC exam.

Isn’t sound interesting? You all must be thinking that how it can be possible because many students commit suicide for not qualifying their board exams and also lose all hopes in their life.

But Manoj Kumar was the one who didn’t stop believing himself and dedicated towards his goal.

Journey of Manoj Kumar:

Manoj hailed from Madhya Pradesh’s Morena district and wanted to be an IAS officer. Unfortunately, he got failed in class 12th and also scored third division marks in 9th and 10th class.

In the class 12th exam, Manoj failed in all subjects except Hindi. Besides lots of failures, Manoj didn’t deter from believing himself and his capabilities and started preparation for India’s toughest exam.

He also completed his postgraduation and also did hold the degree of Ph.D.

Finally, after three attempts, he cracked UPSC in the fourth attempt, secured 121 ranks and become the IPS officer.

Currently, he posted in Mumbai Police as Additional Commissioner Officer.

Recently, Manoj Kumar Sharma, the 42-year-old IPS officer released his book titled, ‘12th Fail’.
