There is some good news for all the samosa lovers out there because according to reports, it has been announced as a healthier snack as compared to a burger. Yes! It is true. It has been finally announced by Science and Environment (CSE) in its reports that the fact is true.
The latest reports suggested by CSE, says that the oil in which the samosa is made is healthier because it has fresh ingredients that are also chemical free. As per reports that are published in the Hindustan Times, the fresh ingredients in samosa are all fresh and are free of preservative. The ingredients in the samosa include those of refined wheat flour, cumin, boiled potatoes, peas, salt, chillies, spices, vegetable oil or ghee.

On the other hand, we have burger that is full of preservatives such as acidity regulator, emulsifier, improver and antioxidant along with refined wheat flour, sugar, wheat gluten, edible vegetable oil, yeast, salt, soya flour, sesame seed, vegetables, mayonnaise, cheese or potato patty.
And that is exactly the reason why a burger is not good for your health. Similarly, foods such as poha and fresh juice are made with natural ingredients such as fruit and water as compared to noodles and can juices that are made from thickeners, humectants, permitted synthetic food colours and added flavours.
