Teachers recruitment 2022: APPSC reopens application window for TGT posts; details here

The application window for the posts of Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT), Group -‘B’ (Non-Gazetted) has been re-opened by the Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC). Eligible applicants, who have not registered earlier, can now apply for the vacancies. The last date to apply for the TGT post is September 17, 2022.

With this recruitment drive, the Commission aims to fill a total of 259 Trained Graduate Teacher posts.

APPSC recruitment 2022: Age Limit

Applicants applying for the TGT posts should not be less than 21 years of age and no more than 33 years as on May 12, 2022. However, the APPSC has relaxed the upper age limit for reserved category candidates. 

APPSC recruitment 2022: Educational Qualification

2nd Class Bachelor Degree in relevant subject with B.Ed. However, applicants who have appeared or appearing in the final semester/ final year examination can also apply for the TGT post, but they need to provide an Original Certificate/Mark Sheet at the time of Viva Voce /Interview.

APPSC recruitment 2022: Application Fee

General category candidates are required to pay Rs 200 as an examination fee. APST applicants can pay Rs 150.
