SSC GD Constable 2021: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has already released the official schedule for the SSC GD Constable exam 2021 on its website- ssc.nic.in. The exam will be held from November 16 to December 15.
Ahead of the examination, SSC announced some important changes in the SSC GD Constable examination pattern. As per the notification, SSC has decided to implement the negative marking for the recruitment examination.
The new rule will also be applicable for the SSC GD Constable Exam 2021.
Therefore, candidates who will be appearing for the exam must be careful while attempting the questions in the exam. For each incorrect answer, 0.25 marks will be deducted. With this new change, the SSC GD Constable merit list will also be affected.
This year, SSC has released a total of 25,271 vacancies for the posts of constable in BSF, CISF, ITBP, CRPF, and rifleman in Assam rifles.

SSC had closed its application window for the post of GD Constable on August 31.
SSC GD Constable Exam 2021:
The tier-1 exam will be a computer-based test and will comprise of objective type paper containing 100 questions carrying 100 marks. SSC GD Constable CBT will be conducted in English and Hindi.
Pay Scale:
Selected candidates will get the salary at the level of grade 3 which is in the bracket of Rs 21,700 to 69,100.
