SSC CGL Recruitment 2018: Any graduate can apply for all India location jobs; here’s how to submit application
Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has opened its gate for the aspirants who are waiting for the jobs in SSC. Yes, SSC aspirants now apply for the post of Combined Graduate Level (CGL) recruitment 2018 vacancy. The Commission has invited the online application form before 4 June 2018 only. The information was notified on the official website on 5th May 2018.
Therefore, all the interested candidates can apply for CGL post now. Before applying for the vacancy, candidates must know the rules and eligibility for the post.
Here’s what you should know before applying for the SSC CGL 2018:
1. No. of vacancy- Not specified by the Commission
2. Qualification- Every graduate is eligible for the post
3. Age limit- 18 to 27 year for general category while for OBC and SC/ST is 30 and 32 years only
4. Job location- After getting selected, the aspirant can be located at anywhere in India
5. Pay scale- 9300 – 34800, 5200 – 20200
Every candidate must keep in mind that they can submit their application form for SSC through online mode only. As SSC exam is consist of four stages i.e. SSC CGL Tier I to Tier IV. Therefore, the aspirant has to qualify the first stage i.e. SSC CGL Tier I which is going to be held between 25 July to 20 August. Those candidates get selected in Tier I then only they will be eligible for the other SSC CGL Tier.

Here’s how to apply for SSC CGL 2018:
I. Open the official website of SSC at ssc.nic.in
II. Click on the Apply section on the menu bar of SSC
III. Click on the link given for SSC CGL Tier I
IV. Registered yourself for the post released by SSC
V. Submit all your details asked on the application page
VI. Upload your photo and signature
VII. Submit your fees
VIII. Download your form including the fee slip
IX. Take a printout for future references
SSC CGL Tier I exam will be the computer-based exam of 200 marks. The questions will be based on General Intelligence, Reasoning, General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude and English Comprehension. There will be 25 questions asked from each section. If you attempt the wrong question then 0.5 marks will be deducted.
