REET Registration 2021: Check out new changes made in eligibility criteria, selection process; deets inside
The Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan (BSER) will be going start the registration process for the recruitment to the various posts through an entrance exam, Rajasthan Eligibility Examination For Teachers(REET) on its official website. The notification for the REET 2021 is already released at rajeduboard.rajasthan.gov.in.
Interested and eligible candidates can submit their application form after thoroughly reading the RBSE REET 2021 official notification. However, this year, RBSE has revised the syllabus and eligibility criteria, including the selection process for the REET 2021.
For information, RBSE will start its online registration process for REET 2021 from January 11, therefore, interested candidates can submit their application forms. While the last date for the online application is February 8 and the application can be submitted till 12 pm.
As per the notification, candidates need to pay the application fee for the exam by February 4, 2021.
Also, BSER released the schedule of the REET exam. The first level (class 1 to 5) and second level (Class 6 to 8) exams will be held in two shifts—2:30 – 2:30 hours of morning and afternoon on April 25.
REET Admit Card 2021:
According to the official website, BSER will release the admit card on April 2021, therefore, candidates will be able to download their exam hall tickets from the aforementioned date.
Changes made by RBSE:
Previously, the state government announced to recruit 31,000 teachers through REET. But, now the vacancies have been increased to 32,000, reports said.
The state education board increased one thousand new posts for teachers in its 282 government schools.
REET 2021 Eligibility Criteria Required:
Educational Qualification:
REET Eligibility and Qualification for Level 1(Class 1 to 5): He or she should be a senior secondary pass with at least 50% marks for class 5th Teacher. Aspirants who are graduate or in their final years can also apply.
REET Eligibility and Qualification for Level 2 (Class 6 to 8): A candidate should have passed Diploma in the second year in graduate or elementary education or completed the final year of the course. He or she should be passed Graduation with at least 50% and passed in the first year of B.Ed or appearing in the second year of B.Ed.
REET 2021 Selection Process
Candidates will be selected on the basis of written test and interview.
REET 2021 Application Fee
- For One Paper: Rs. 550/-
- Both Paper I and II: Rs. 750/-
Important Dates:
- Online application begins: 11 January 2021
- Last date for online registration: 8 February 2021
- Application Fee submission date: 11 January to 4 February 2021
- Admit Card Available From: 14 April 2021
- Exam Date: 25 April 2021
- Exam Time for Second Grade Teacher (6 to 8 Class): 10 AM to 12:30 PM
- Exam Time for First Grade Teacher (1 to 5 Class): 2.30 PM to 5 PM
