NTPC Recruitment 2020: Vacancies released for Engineering degree holders; salary upto Rs 1.6 lakh

National Thermal Power Corporation Limited (NTPC Limited) has invited application form for over 200 posts on its official website. Interested candidates who hold the degree of Engineering can go through the official website.

NTPC released vacancies for the post of NTPC Engineer and Assistant and the registration process will conclude on July 31, 2020. So, all the interested candidates should submit their application form before the closing of the application form.

This year, NTPC released a total of 275 vacancies on official website ntpccareers.net.

Out of the total vacancies, 250 vacancies are released for Engineer while 25 released for Assistant Chemist post.

As per the official notification, NTPC is looking for 250 experienced Engineers in Electrical/Mechanical/ Electronics/ Instrumentation disciplines for Shift Operation of Thermal Power Plant and 25 Experienced Assistant Chemists for our Stations/Projects.

Eligibility Criteria Required for NTPC Engineer and Assistant Chemist

Educational Qualification:

• For Engineer (Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics/Instrumentation) post: Candidates should hold a degree with a minimum of 60% marks.
• For Assistant Chemist- Applicants having an M.Sc degree in chemistry with a minimum of 60% marks can apply for the post.

Experience Required:

• Engineer (Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics/Instrumentation) - 3 years of experience
• Assistant Chemist - 3 years of experience

NTPC Salary:

Candidates who will qualify for the Engineer and Assistant Chemist post will get the following salary:

• Engineer (Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics/Instrumentation) - Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 1,60,000
• Assistant Chemist - Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 1,40,000
