CBSE CTET Result 2022: DECLARED! Job opportunities after qualifying CTET exam
CTET Result 2022: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) on Wednesday has declared the CTET Result 2021 for the December session on its official website. An aspirant who has appeared for the examination can check their result status only at ctet.nic.in.
CBSE concluded the CTET exam on January 21, 2022. Candidates who appeared in the examination can also check the CTET cutoff along with their results.

For General- 60%
90 Out Of 150
For OBC/SC/ST- 55%
82.50 Out Of 150
Candidates who have scored 60% or more will be considered CTET qualified. For CTET December session exam, over 27.73 lakh candidates had appeared for the exam and 6.65 lakh candidates qualified for the CBSE Central Teacher Eligibility Test.
As many as 4,45,467 candidates qualified the paper I and 2,20,069 cleared paper II.
What’s next after CTET:
CTET is one of the eligibility tests that allow aspirants to apply for recruitment in Government schools or schools being run by Government Bodies/Institutions. Even CTET is valid for private school teachers.

CTET was started in 2011 and now its certificate is valid for a period of life. It means a CTET qualified aspirant’s certificate is valid for a lifetime and he/she can apply for any teaching job where a CTET certificate is required.
By qualifying CTET exam, a person is eligible to become a teacher either in Government schools or in private schools.

CTET qualified candidate is eligible to apply for primary teachers, TGT, and PGT posts in Central Government Schools such as Navodaya Samiti Schools, Kendriya Vidyalaya School, DSSSB.
Every year, the following organizations release various vacancies for teaching posts:
DSSSB Teaching Jobs, Punjab Master Cadre, NVS recruitment, Teacher jobs in Army Public School.
CTET Qualifying Marks and Validity
The validity of the CTET certificate will be a lifetime for all categories. The Candidates securing 60% (General) and above marks will be issued a marks statement and Eligibility Certificate.
CTET exam consists of two papers—Paper 1 and Paper 2.
Paper 1 is for those who wish to be teachers for classes 1 to 5 while Paper 2 is for those who want to teach classes 6 to 8.
Both the papers consist of 150 marks each. Candidates who will score marks equal to or more than 90 will be considered qualified.
