APSC recruitment 2022: Apply for Fishery Development Officer, Allied Cadre posts; salary upto 1.1 lakh

The Assam Public Service Commission (APSC) has started accepting online applications for the posts of Fishery Development Officer and Allied Cadre under the Fishery Department. Interested candidates can apply for the vacancies through the official website of the APSC.

The deadline for the submission of the online application form is September 22, 2022. The recruitment drive aims to fill up a total of 32 vacancies in the Fishery Department.

APSC recruitment 2022: Educational qualifications

Candidates must have a B.F.Sc. Degree, D.F.Sc. or Master of Science (Fisheries) from any Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) recognised education institution.

APSC recruitment 2022: Age group

Candidates applying for the FDO and  Allied Cadre posts should be between 21 to 38 years of age. The Commission has also given upper age relaxation to reserved category candidates.

APSC recruitment 2022: Application fee

For General/EWS category candidates, the application fee is Rs 285, whereas SC/ST/OBC/MOBC category candidates are required to pay Rs 185.40. Those who fall under BPL/PWBD category will have to pay Rs 35.40. The last date of payment of the application fee is September 24, 2022.
