Watch: Khaleel Ahmed gives a flying-kiss farewell to MS Dhoni's replacement Sam Billings
Young cricketers in the Indian Premier League are celebrating in their own way and however they like. One such celebration took place when Khaleel Ahmed dismissed Sam Billings, who came in as replacement of Chennai Super Kings skipper MS Dhoni.
The incident took place in the 15th over when CSK players were struggling to keep the pace up. Sam Billings was on strike with Ambati Rayudu at the other end when Khaleel bowled a medium paced wide full length ball and Billings struck it to mid-wicket fielder Vijay Shankar’s hand.
The previous over saw two big wickets depart in form of Suresh Raina and Kedar Jadhav, CSK was now under pressure and could only make 132 runs in 20 overs.
Sunrisers Hyderabad won the match comfortably as both the openers hit a fantastic half-century. David Warner made 25-ball 50 before he was dismissed by Deepak Chahar, while Jonny Bairstow scored 61 off 44 and remained unbeaten to take SRH to finishing lines.
Sunrisers Hyderabad beat Chennai Super Kings by 6 wickets with David Warner receiving the man of the match and super striker of the match award. David Warner also holds the orange cap to his name as he is the highest run-scorer of the tournament so far with 450 runs.
Sunrisers Hyderabad are now sitting at number five on the points table as they handed Chennai Super Kings their second loss of the season. Hyderabad have eight points to their name as they have won four out of the eight matches they have played so far.
