Shocker: Minor girl kills father for her stepmother

In a shocking incident, a 13-year-old stabbed her father to death for her stepmother.

The incident took place in Brazil where a teenage girl allegedly killed her 33-year-old father (33) in the chest with a household knife on Sunday night.

According to the police, the minor girl killed her father as she wanted to be in a relationship with her stepmother.

Before committing the crime the schoolgirl, who lived with her grandmother, allegedly drunk several cans of beer to gathered the courage to killed her father, mirror.co.uk reports said.

The pair allegedly argued the night before the deadly attack after the victim found text messages and a letter written by his daughter to her 20-year-old stepmother.

The letter revealed that the girl wanted her stepmother to separate from her dad so that they could live together.

Relatives of the girl claimed that the adolescent became incensed after being chided and apparently harboured a grudge against her dad.

After heavily drunk the girl walked to her dad’s house and banged on the door waking them up.

Police spokesman Antonisio Nunes told TV news Balanco Geral that her stepmum opened the door of the house.

“She told us her stepdaughter seemed remorseful after arguing with her dad and claimed that she had come around to make peace with him," he said.

“She told the girl that her dad was asleep in their bedroom but he would probably be happy to get up so they could ‘make-up’,” mirror.co.uk reports said.

According to police, the girl hid the knife in her clothing before entering the house of her dad and pulled it out when she entered the bedroom, where his dad was sleeping.

Officer Nunes said: “The victim’s wife told us that her husband was just about to get up when the girl lunged at her dad and plunged the knife into his chest.”

The man was rushed to the hospital where he was pronounced dead on arrival. The girl fled from the spot after killing her father and was found sitting quietly on the pavement outside her gran’s house.

Later, she confessed her crime and admitted that she had fallen in love with her stepmother and was jealous of her relationship with her dad.
