"It may not work out for June 12", says Trump on landmark North Korea Summit

The landmark summit between US President Donald Trump and North Korean leader Kim Jong Un that was scheduled on June 12 in Singapore might not happen.

Yesterday Trump met South Korean President Moon Jae-in at the White House where he warned that the historic meet may be delayed but insisted the N Korean leader is "serious" about denuclearization.

Trump said, "It may not work out for June 12," He even added if it does not happen, maybe it will happen later.

While not disclosing the reason for the divergence, Trump said, "There are certain conditions we want to happen. I think we'll get those conditions. And if we don't, we won't have the meeting." While the historic meeting is the most awaited event of the year that can bring peace and end nuke threat, Trump said, "I've made a lot of deals. You never really know."

A couple of days ago, Pyongyang cancelled a high-level meeting with the South because of the joint military drills between South Korea and the US. Accepting that Kim Jong-Un was serious about the nuclear dismantle, he said, "I do think he is serious. I think he is absolutely very serious."
