Shocking! ‘Mentally disturbed’ man murdered his 20-year-old daughter in Tamil Nadu

A shocking incident took place in Tuticorin, Tamil Nadu where father murdered his 20-year-old daughter on Monday.

The crime incident took place at the deceased’s residence. The deceased girl was identified as Anthonysita. Reportedly, the father and daughter had involved in the argument which later turned into a tragic incident.

As per the media reports, the father was said to be mentally disturbed person.

The quarrel between the 45-year-old man and the girl got momentum thus the man hit Anthonysita with a log on her head.

After being attacked by the father, the girl collapsed and was rushed to a private hospital in Athoor. When her condition got worsened, she was shifted to the Thoothukudi Government Medical College Hospital, where she passed away on Monday during her treatment.

Meanwhile, the police had initially registered an attempt of the murder case against father which later changed to that of murder, TOI reports said.

The accused father was taken into custody after the incident and sedatives were administered to him.

According to the reports in Times Now, an official said that “we have got some clues about the reason for the murder. We are also trying to ascertain if he is really mentally affected.”

The Police said that they will take further action against the accused only after doing the proper investigation.
