The period of fluctuating weather continues in Rajasthan. According to the India Meteorological Department (IMD), the temperature in the plains is expected to dip further due to the activation of a new disturbance. With this, rain is also expected in the coming days.
According to the Meteorological Department Center in Jaipur, an increase in the temperature has been recorded in many districts of Rajasthan after the activation of a new western disturbance.
Sikar recorded a minimum temperature of 14 degrees Celsius on Saturday. There has been an increase in the minimum and maximum temperatures in the state. Yesterday, Sirohi recorded a maximum temperature of 40.3 degrees Celsius, whereas Barmer, Jaisalmer, Bikaner, Churu, Dungarpur, and Jalore recorded a maximum temperature of 34.8 degrees Celsius and a minimum temperature of 18.9 degrees Celsius.
Jaipur Director of Meteorological Department RS Sharma said that the effect of Western Disturbance will be visible in Rajasthan from November 8. Due to this, there is a possibility of light rain in some areas of Rajasthan on November 8 and 9. With the change in weather due to the new western disturbance, the nighttime temperature may drop by up to 5 degrees.
This year, the weather department has predicted a chilly winter in December and January due to the snowfall in the hilly states.
