Minor boy sexually assaulted by his senior for last four years

In a shocking incident, a 12-year-old boy was allegedly sexually assaulted by his senior in Greater Noida.

The incident came to notice when a minor victim’s father approached the police station and lodged a complaint against the accused boy.

According to the timesnownews.com reports, the minor boy and the accused boy had been studying at the same private school for the last five years. They used to go to school on the same bus and their fathers are family friends.

Reportedly, the accused boy (16), who studied in Class 12 was allegedly sodomised the 12-year-old boy.

Minor boy assaulted by another minor boy:

As per media reports, the 16-year-old boy allegedly assaulting the minor boy for the last four years. He used to call the 12-year-old boy to his house where he would remove his clothes and sexually assaulted him.

Due to the repeated assault, the 12-year-old boy started feeling depressed and also reduced talking, timesnownews.com report said.

As a result, the boy also searched Childline helpline number 1098 through the internet and narrated his ordeal. After then, the counselor spoke to the victim’s parents about told them about the assault. The boy’s father approached the police and lodged a complaint after they learned about the assault.

Satya Prakash, programme manager of FXB India Suraksha – Childline told Hindustan Times, "The child is improving now."

The victim boy had first told his parents about the accused in 2018. The 16-year-old boy’s parents also confronted the boy and he promised not to repeat the assault again.

The 12-year-old boy’s family also shifted to another society in Greater Noida but his mental condition was not improved. Therefore, his father decided to take legal action against the boy.

Meanwhile, a case under Section 377 (unnatural offences) of the IPC and also under Section 3 and 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act was registered by them.
