Man goes to meet his girlfriend at her residence; what happens next will shock you

In a gruesome incident, a 22-year-old man was brutally killed after he went to meet his girlfriend in the Firozabad district of Uttar Pradesh.

The now-deceased man was identified as Pawan Kumar, a Dalit man, who was a resident of Prem Nagar.

According to police, the victim had gone to meet his girlfriend who belonged to a different caste. The family of the girl tied him up, thrashed, and beaten him to death.

The youth succumbed to his injuries at a hospital, timesnownews.com reported.

Meanwhile, police have arrested five members of the girl’s family.

The murder took place under the Rasulpur police station limits of the district.

According to the family of Pawan, the deceased was in a relationship with the 20-year-old, who lived in Shanti Nagar for a year.

Reportedly, the girl had called Pawan to meet her at around 1 am. Later, a family caught him and beaten at the girl’s house.

Neighbours of the girl called the police after hearing the screaming of Pawan for help.

"We came to know about the incident around 7 am in the morning. We found him lying inside a police van. He was taken to the district hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.

Before his death, he narrated the entire incident to the police. Pawan was called by the girl and later brutally beaten," the report quoted Pawan's brother Akash as saying.

Meanwhile, the police have registered a case under Section 302 (murder) against seven persons including the girl’s father. Five of the accused have been arrested.

According to a police official, the body of the deceased has been sent for post-mortem.

Rasulpur SHO Fatah Bahadur Bhadoriya said that the woman’s father and relatives have confessed to their crime. While two accused are still at large.

Reportedly, Pawan and the woman were said to be in regular touch for several months over the phone. While the girl’s family was against their relationship and had also warned the youth to stay away from her.
