Chhattisgarh: Drunk man beats mother to death after she asked him not to create ruckus
A shocking news was reported from Chhattisgarh’s Janjgir-Champa district where a man mercilessly beats his mother to death in an inebriated state. Since the government has approved the sale of liquor in the lockdown 3.0, numerous cases have been reported where the drunken man is either creating a fuss or committing a crime.
The man thrashed his mother to death after she asked him not to create a ruckus. As per reports, as soon as the liquor shops opened the accused rushed to buy alcohol and on his way, he got heavily drunk. On reaching his locality he started troubling the villager. However, villagers convinced him and sent him to his home where he against indulged in an argument with his wife and mother.

His wife and mother objected for creating ruckus and asked him to calm down, however, this didn’t go down well with the man and he started hitting his wife and mother with a stick. During this act, his wife escaped to neighbour’s house to save herself, but the man kept on hitting his mother gruesomely until she died on the spot.
When the locals rushed in to help the elderly woman she had succumbed to her injurious. The local then alerted the police who immediately rushed to the crime spot and found that the victim was lying on the floor. They immediately arrested the accused and are investigating the matter.
