21-year-old becomes the youngest candidate to clear Rajasthan Judicial Service exam
Mayank Pratap Singh has topped the Rajasthan Judicial Service exam. In doing so he became the youngest ever candidate to achieve this feat. The 21 year old appeared for exam, this time, after the Rajasthan government brought down the minimum age limit for the judicial service exam from 23 years to 21 years in December 2018.
Tanvi Mathur is the topper among female examinee. Deeksha Madan is the second female topper and the third topper of the judicial service exam.
Of the total number of examinees who have come out successful in the Rajasthan Judicial Service exam, more than 50 per cent are female.
Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot also went on to congratulate the toppers, "Congratulations to Mayank Pratap Singh, who has topped RJS examination 2018, to Tanvi Mathur and Deeksha Madaan, who secured 2nd and 3rd positions respectively as well as all other successful candidates. Best wishes to all of you for a successful career," Mr Gehlot has tweeted.
A total of 197 candidates have been declared successful in the exam which was held for Civil Judge recruitment.
More than 27,000 law graduates had given the preliminary exam for the recruitment out of which 3,675 examinees made it to the mains. The interview took place in November.
