HBO produce Game of Thrones is popularly known as the show that creates a new benchmark for television and is constantly breaking records in different Award shows.
With the upcoming release of GOT season 7, the show has created one more 'unusual' record.
As reported by Entertainment Weekly, the hit-TV series of HBO has accomplished an extraordinary achievement of setting the maximum number of people on fire in any Television or film sequence.
While talking with Entertainment Weekly, the Show-runner David Benioff said, "In one battle scene we set more stuntmen on fire than have ever been simultaneously set on fire. Our stunt coordinator really wanted to get in the Guinness Book of World Records for this."
The stunt coordinator of hit TV series Rowley Irlam, who won Emmy award in season 5 for setting 20 people on fire in a single day said, in the series, there is a sequence where 73 people were set on fire. There is no film or any television show that has shown carried such scene in an entire show, let alone in any particular scene.
The HBO hit series Game of Throne’s season 7 is set to release on 16 July.
