Apple cider vinegar
This drink is preferred by a lot people who are heath freak as it helps in weight loss, lower bad cholesterol, improve digestion and balance pH of the skin. Add one ppple cider vinegar in warm water, also add a pinch of cinnamon and one tablespoon of honey.

Lemon juice with honey

Don't keep it for long, consume it immediately.
Ajwain water
Ajwain or carom seeds are loaded with therapeutic properties due to the presence of an essential oil called thymol that improves digestion, promoting weight loss and treating acidity. Add half a teaspoon of ajwain to a cup of water and boil it. Let the water come to a normal temperature so that you can taste the flavour.
