The Saajan actress made her debut with 1984’s Abodh however only in 1988 with film Tezaab she left the imprint in the Bollywood industry. Post the release of the film Beta, Madhuri went on to be known as Dhak Dhak Girl. There is not a single girl who hadn’t practice the hook step in the bathroom or bedroom and still couldn’t get as clean as Madhuri. As soon as one hears this song automatically their body starts moving.
3. Hum Ko Aaj Kal Hai Intezaar

Every 90s kid must have danced on this song and tried to sync their steps with Madhuri’s. The actress proved her mettle in the Bollywood and with every song she announced that she is here to stay for long.
6. Didi Tera Devar Deewana
Madhuri and Salman Khan’s Jodi received immense love and appreciation, there famous film Hum Aapke Hai Kon arose the essence of romance in all the 90s kid's heart. Everything about the song is iconic be it Madhuri's dance, her purple lehenga, the hook step, and of course, Salman hanging on to a chandelier!
7. Choli Ke Peeche Kya Hai
Term the song as “vulgar”, however as soon as one will listen to the song they cannot resist and starts dancing to its tune. This song created a stir in the whole entertainment world because of its lyrics, however, director Subhash Ghai didn’t take down the song as it kept the audience hooked up. In an interview, Subhash revealed that since he didn’t take down this song from the film he lost a National Award, however, he has no regrets regarding this.
