Anushka Sharma prepares to become Jhulan Goswami, glimpse of actor's training for 'Chakda Xpress'
Bollywood star Anushka Sharma is preparing for her upcoming flim Chakda Xpress. The actress, on Friday, posted a clip from her training session. In the video, the actress can be seen practicing in the field and she can also be seen doing some physical workout.
Sharing the clip, Anushka captioned it: "Get-Sweat-Go! Chakda Xpress prep getting hard and intense as we are counting days." The film is based on former Indian women’s skipper Jhulan Goswami, in which Anushka Sharma plays the main role. The actress was last seen in the 2018 film Zero, alongside Shah Rukh Khan and Katrina Kaif.
Earlier, Anushka Sharma teased her Instagram fan by sharing glimpses from her prepping session and wrote: "Grip by grip." She added the hashtags #prep and #ChakdaXpress to her post.
Earlier this year, Anushka Sharma announced her association with the film by posting this teaser. She captioned it: "It is a really special film because it is essentially a story of tremendous sacrifice. Chakda Xpress is inspired by the life and times of former Indian captain Jhulan Goswami and it will be an eye-opener into the world of women's cricket."
Chakda Xpress is Anushka Sharma's first project after the birth of daughter Vamika, who she welcomed in 2021. the bollywood actress married Indian cricketer Virat Kohli in 2017 in Italy.
Anushka's last project was as a producer in the Netflix film Bulbbul and it was a massive success. She also produced Amazon Prime Video's hit web-series Paatal Lok.
