UPSC CAPF Notification 2019: Check out the official notification released for Assistant Commandant posts

The Union Public Service Commission has released the job notification for the posts of CAPF Assistant Commandant on its official website. Therefore, aspirants who wanted to apply for the job can visit the official website of UPSC.

As per the notification, candidates can apply for the vacancies in BSF, CRPF, ITBP, SSB at upsconline.nic.in.

The application process has already started from 14th January and the last date to apply for the posts will close on 28th January by 6 pm.

However, the number of the vacancies will be filled on the basis of the result of the examination, will notify in the notice issued by the Commission.

Applicants should have possessed the Bachelor’s degree to apply for the post.

Age Limit:

The maximum age limit for the aspirants is 25 years as on 1st August 2018. However, the age relaxation for SC/ST is of 5 years while for OBC category aspirant, the age relaxation will be of three years.

Selection Process:

The selection of the UPSC applicants will be based on their performance in written examination, physical and medical standard tests or personality/interview tests. However, the written exam will be held on 12th August 2019 at various examination centres across the country.

Application Fee:

• For general and OBC category aspirants, the application is of Rs 200.
• For female and SC/ST, they are exempted from paying the application fees.
