UGC NET Registration 2019: NTA extends last date for application process; check important update

Good news for NET aspirants! National Testing Agency (NTA) has extended the last date for UGC NET online application process.

As per UGC NET notification, NTA has re-started registration for National Eligibility Test (NET) December 2019 exam for Jammu and Kashmir aspirants only. Therefore, candidates from J&K will be able to submit the online application form till November 8, 2019 (including the successful final transaction of fee) on the official website.

The University Grants Commission (UGC), theNational Eligibility Test (NET) exam is held twice a year for the eligibility for Assistant Professor only or Junior Research Fellowship & Assistant Professor both, in Indian Universities and Colleges.

Till 2018, UGC NET was conducted by CBSE in 84 subjects at 91 selected cities across the nation. After December 2018, the National Testing Agency started conducting the UGC NET examination in June and December.

This year, NTA will conduct the UGC NET December 2019 exam from December 2 to December 6.

2. Click on the link which says UGC NET Registration
3. Register yourself for the exam
4. Upload your documents
5. Make fee payment
6. Submit your application form
7. Download your application form
8. Take a printout for further purpose
