RRB Recruitment 2019: Get ready to apply for over 2 lakh new jobs in Indian Railways; know when notification will release

A good news for the aspirants who wanted to work in the Indian Railways as the Railway Recruitment Board will soon to release over 2 lakh vacancies again before the 2019 Lok Sabha polls.

Earlier, Railway Minister Piyush Goyal had announced that Indian Railways will be going to release a bumper vacancy on the various posts. Therefore, a golden opportunity for aspiring candidates. This year, Indian Railways will be going to release 2 lakh 30 thousand vacancies.

However, a 10% reservation will be given to the candidates belonging to weaker sections.

As per the reports, 23,000 posts will be for those belonging to the weaker sections. However, the recruitment will be done in two phases. In the first phase, the notification will be released on 1 lakh 31 thousand 428 posts. The notification will be released in February or March. Also, the application process will be started this month.

While in the second phase, there will be recruitment on 99 thousand posts and notification for the posts will be released in the month of May-June 2020. However, Piyush Goyal also said that last year nearly 1.5 lakh people have been recruited and in the forthcoming years, Indian Railways will be going to recruit 4 lakh people.
