RRB NTPC Exam Update: Railways likely to conduct exam next year

Railway Recruitment Board is expected to conduct the RRB NTPC exam in January 2020. Candidates who have applied for the RRB Non-Technical Popular Category (NTPC) exam should keep their eyes on the official website at rrb.gov.in.

As per media reports, Railway is going to conduct the examination by next month. Ahead of the exam, RRB will release the admit card zone-wise on its official website.

Railway Recruitment Board is expected to conduct the RRB NTPC exam in January 2020. Candidates who have applied for the RRB Non-Technical Popular Category (NTPC) exam should keep their eyes on the official website at rrb.gov.in.

As per media reports, Railway is going to conduct the examination by next month. Ahead of the exam, RRB will release the admit card zone-wise on its official website.

Candidates who will qualify the RRB NTPC Computer Based Test (CBT)-1 exam will be called for NTPC CBT-2 examination.

RRB NTPC CBT exam will be held in 15 languages.

Once RRB uploaded the admit card on its official website, the official dates for the examination will be released.

Aspirants will be able to download region-wise admit card through the official website of RRB.

Here’s how to download RRB NTPC Admit Card 2019:

1. Open the regional website of RRB at rrb.gov.in
2. Click on the link 'RRB NTPC admit card 2019 download'
3. Fill up the details asked on the page like registration id and password
4. Click on Submit button
5. Admit card for RRB NTPC CBT 1 will be available to download
6. Download the admit card by clicking on the option
7. Take a printout for future reference

RRB NTPC Exam Pattern:

RRB CBT first stage exam will be an objective paper of 100 marks. Candidates are supposed to prepare for the exam in the following areas –

  • General Awareness (40 marks)
  • Mathematics (30 marks)
  • General Intelligence and Reasoning (30 marks)

Candidates will have to face negative marking of 1/3rdof the marks allotted to each question for every wrong answer.
